To help you best — are you trying to rotate the horizontal blocks (like the ones labeled 1, 2, 3 on the left), or are you asking how to make your shapes vertical, like the middle column in your image?

If you want to rotate a shape:

1. Click on the shape.

2. Look for the rotation handle (a small circle) at the top center of the selected shape.

3. Click and drag it to rotate the shape freely — or hold Shift to snap it to 45° angles.

If your goal is to match the vertical style:
You likely want to rotate horizontal shapes 90°. Select them, use the rotation handle, or press R and rotate manually.
